- Courses can be accessed based on category, trainer, or training provider.
- Trainees gain access to courses via nomination features and training plans assigned by the platform administrator or supervisor.
- Trainees can access training paths through the Smart Training Path Creation feature, which enables them to receive personalized paths based on their job title and the competencies predefined by the platform administration.

- View available training courses and learning paths on the course page, including the following information: Overview, Learning Objectives, Target Audience, Course Content, Frequently Asked Questions, Course. Evaluation, Discussion Forum, and Certificate.
- View public content available without registration.

- Explore the training path (training plan), which details the number of courses, their sequence, mandatory and elective courses, prerequisites for each course in the path, and culminates in a certificate of completion.

Registration and enrollment in training courses, learning paths, and training plans
- The trainee enrolls in the training course by registering themselves for the course.
- The trainee is nominated for a training course by the system supervisor or the relevant department manager and enrolls in the course.
- Enroll the trainee in training courses and learning paths by creating a customized training plan based on their job title (profession) and the behavioral and technical competencies related to their role, as outlined in the Saudi Unified Classification Guide for Professions, through the Training Plan Creation Engine.
- The trainee registers for the training course for a fee via electronic payment channels for paid courses and learning paths.

Course and Training Path Evaluation
- The trainee is allowed to evaluate the training course, the instructor, the training content, and any aspects the training management wishes to include in the evaluation, which can be added to the post-course electronic evaluation form. This evaluation is available to trainees after completing the training course. The evaluation can be either mandatory or optional in order for the trainee to be eligible to receive the certificate.

Attendance and Completion Certificate

The trainee is awarded a Certificate of Attendance or Completion upon meeting the conditions for certification, which can be tailored to be either :optional or mandatory, including:
- Successfully passing mandatory tests.
- Complete a specified percentage of the total training material (the percentage is determined by the platform administration).
- Providing an evaluation of the training course.
- The certificate may be valid for a specific period, such as professional licenses or practitioner licenses, and includes a verification number and QR code to verify the authenticity and validity of the certificate by the relevant authorities.

Update the Skills Record
- The trainee's skills record is updated after completing the training course or path, reflecting the acquired skills and competencies associated with their job title, as outlined in the Saudi Unified Classification Guide for Professions.

- If the courses and training path constitute part or all of the training plan, progress and achievement are updated against the trainee's targeted milestones set by the administration, along with the percentage of training goal attainment linked to the training plan, through reports and performance indicators.
